Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if something goes wrong shortly after delivery, we're here to help. You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Provide proof of payment or order confirmation.

Requests must be emailed to everwildstudios.us@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
We understand things happen—especially with small accessories. If your charm breaks or is lost soon after purchase, and you can provide proof of your order, we’re happy to send a one-time replacement at no cost (within 30 days of delivery). We want you to love what you wear and feel supported every step of the way.
All refund and replacement decisions are at the discretion of Shoewelry Shop and typically process within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of our products

Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Final Decision
All refund and replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and waive the right to dispute transactions that comply with these terms.
