Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods listed at purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If your order is canceled, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We strive for accuracy in pricing and descriptions, but occasional updates or minor discrepancies may occur. Colors or textures may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products. Images may be for illustrative purposes only—what you receive will always be carefully crafted and thoughtfully packaged.

Refunds & Returns

Because of the handmade and limited-edition nature of our items, all sales are considered final.
However, your satisfaction matters to us! If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective—or if something breaks unexpectedly—we're happy to work with you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief explanation and photo (if available), and we’ll do our best to make it right. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Our goal is simple: we want you to love what you wear.
