Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Shoewelry Shop currently ships to customers within the United States. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us directly for shipping options or visit our Etsy shop for worldwide shipping options.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and package your order for shipment. Shoewelry Shop reserves the right to extend processing times during peak seasons, product launches, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly but do not guarantee specific processing times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (once shipped) are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: As selected at checkout, where available

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shoewelry Shop is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or customs delays.

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, Shoewelry Shop bears no liability and is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.

For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us at everwildstudios.us@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date for assistance. 

 

Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. Shoewelry Shop is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
